Working independently, but also as part of a team, you’ll play a key role in the ALDI warehouse. With our focus on efficiency, your ability to work quickly and safely are critical, as is your ability to learn and be flexible. Even in our warehouses, your focus will be on delivering value to our customers. You’ll work hard your entire shift, lifting and stacking product so that it can be sent to our stores. You will play a key role in making sure our customers have access to the product they want in our stores. On average, our warehouse employees work 25-35 hours per week, and our teams are comprised of hardworking, dedicated individuals who work in both ambient and temperature controlled areas. A thorough and comprehensive training and safety program provide the skills our associates need to be successful.

Wages:

• Year 1 - $17.00/hour (average 25-35 hours per week)
• Year 2 - $18.00/hour (average 25-35 hours per week)
• Year 3 - $19.00/hour (average 25-35 hours per week)
