Warehouse Roles

Warehouse Associate

Workday or workout? Why not both! As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a physical, fast-paced environment that’s focused on safety. You’ll make sure that our products are properly received, selected and prepared for delivery to our ever-growing number of customers.

Warehouse Mechanic

In a facility focused on efficiency, the Warehouse Mechanic helps keep everything running smoothly across the supply chain. While working with various facility employees and with outside contractors, you’ll be involved in keeping every aspect of our warehouse machinery operating smoothly.

Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a big role in our supply chain. You’ll be in charge of supervising the daily receiving, delivery and storage of our products within the warehouse.

Team Leader

It takes a dynamic team to get our products to our stores. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll train, manage, and motivate a team of warehouse Shift Supervisors and Associates as they select and prepare our products for delivery to our stores.

Warehouse Supervisor

Our ALDI Warehouse team is stocked full of opportunity - just ask our Warehouse Supervisors! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the warehousing, selection and delivery of products to your division’s stores. You’ll lead your team as you oversee the work and activities of Shift Supervisors and Team leaders, making sure that everyone on the team works safely and reaches their fullest potential.

In the ALDI warehouse, you’ll have the opportunity to work with minimal supervision, but you’ll also be an important part of our warehouse team. Working in both refrigerated and non-refrigerated areas, we all work cooperatively across departments to make sure that all of our products are received, selected and distributed to our growing number of stores across the region.

Warehouse Associates

Working independently, but also as part of a team, you’ll play a key role in the ALDI warehouse. With our focus on efficiency, your ability to work quickly and safely are critical, as is your ability to learn and be flexible. Even in our warehouses, your focus will be on delivering value to our customers. You’ll work hard your entire shift, lifting and stacking product so that it can be sent to our stores. You will play a key role in making sure our customers have access to the product they want in our stores. Warehouse Maintenance Associate

In a facility focused on efficiency, our Warehouse Maintenance Associates help keep everything running smoothly across the supply chain. While working with associates in the facility and with outside contractors, you’ll be involved in keeping every aspect of the warehouse operating smoothly. To help advance your skills and your career, you’ll also receive comprehensive internal training as well as additional outside training for specialty areas such as electrical safety and ammonia refrigeration. So much to learn.

At ALDI, your training starts the day you do. All of our Warehouse employees begin their careers with comprehensive, hands-on training where you’ll partner with an existing team member to learn the aspects of the jobs that you will need to excel in your role. Once you have training, you’ll enter the warehouse ready to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
