Why our culture is our culture.

Visit any ALDI anywhere and you’ll feel something familiar. That’s not an accident. Our culture is based on empowering all of our people to achieve remarkable things, always improving as individuals and as a team, working together for our customers and for our community.

At the cornerstone of this, you’ll find the ALDI Management System (the AMS). This gives us a structure for cooperation and for working together. The AMS is comprised of four components:

The main objective of the AMS is to clearly define our leadership principles and, in turn, create a culture with exceptional leaders and motivated teams. We give every employee the ability to make decisions independently and communicate openly. This fosters a collaborative environment based on mutual trust and respect.
